输送(song)管(guan)应选用(yong)(yong)(yong)超高压输送(song)管(guan),目前有(you)8mm、9mm、12mm等(deng)规格,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)法兰(lan)头连(lian)接;有(you)条件的(de)可在(zai)砼(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)装置(zhi)上(shang)加装减(jian)震(zhen)器,垂直(zhi)立管(guan)可采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)墙(qiang)壁(bi)上(shang)预(yu)埋高强(qiang)度(du)钢板,U码焊接在(zai)钢板上(shang),再用(yong)(yong)(yong)砼(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)装置(zhi)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)牢固(gu)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)液压截(jie)止阀两(liang)套,一套安装在(zai)泵的(de)出口端(duan)(duan)6~10m处,一套安装在(zai)第(di)二(er)层,阻止垂直(zhi)管(guan)道(dao)内混凝土(tu)回(hui)流,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于保养、维修及水(shui)洗,水(shui)平管(guan)与竖直(zhi)管(guan)道(dao)长度(du)之比应在(zai)4:1左右;水(shui)平管(guan)道(dao)长度(du)无(wu)法满足时(shi),可以在(zai)楼层中间(jian)加适当的(de)水(shui)平管(guan)来(lai)平衡;每根输送(song)管(guan)在(zai)距(ju)两(liang)端(duan)(duan)500mm处用(yong)(yong)(yong)2个砼(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)装置(zhi)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)牢固(gu)、防(fang)止管(guan)道(dao)因震(zhen)动(dong)而松动(dong)。水(shui)平—垂直(zhi)弯管(guan)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)泥支(zhi)撑固(gu)定(ding)(ding),两(liang)端(duan)(duan)再用(yong)(yong)(yong)砼(tong)(tong)(tong)管(guan)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)装置(zhi)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)牢固(gu)。垂直(zhi)立管(guan)的(de)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)应先预(yu)埋高强(qiang)度(du)钢板,再焊接支(zhi)座,每根3米管(guan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)2个支(zhi)撑固(gu)定(ding)(ding)。垂直(zhi)立管(guan)处要搭支(zhi)架,以防(fang)堵管(guan)、爆管(guan)等(deng)异常时(shi)方(fang)便(bian)拆管(guan)。
