输送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)应选用(yong)(yong)(yong)超(chao)高(gao)压输送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),目前(qian)有8mm、9mm、12mm等规格(ge),采用(yong)(yong)(yong)法兰头连接(jie)(jie)(jie);有条(tiao)件(jian)的(de)可(ke)(ke)在(zai)砼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)装(zhuang)置(zhi)上加装(zhuang)减震器,垂(chui)直立管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)可(ke)(ke)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)墙(qiang)壁上预埋高(gao)强度(du)(du)钢板,U码焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)在(zai)钢板上,再(zai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)砼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)装(zhuang)置(zhi)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)牢固(gu)(gu)(gu)。采用(yong)(yong)(yong)液压截止(zhi)阀两(liang)套,一(yi)套安装(zhuang)在(zai)泵的(de)出口端(duan)6~10m处(chu)(chu),一(yi)套安装(zhuang)在(zai)第二层(ceng),阻止(zhi)垂(chui)直管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)内混凝土回流,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于保养、维修及水(shui)洗,水(shui)平(ping)(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)与竖直管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)长度(du)(du)之比应在(zai)4:1左右;水(shui)平(ping)(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)长度(du)(du)无(wu)法满足时,可(ke)(ke)以在(zai)楼(lou)层(ceng)中(zhong)间加适(shi)当(dang)的(de)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)来(lai)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng);每根输送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)距两(liang)端(duan)500mm处(chu)(chu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)2个(ge)砼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)装(zhuang)置(zhi)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)牢固(gu)(gu)(gu)、防止(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)因震动而(er)松动。水(shui)平(ping)(ping)—垂(chui)直弯管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)泥支撑固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding),两(liang)端(duan)再(zai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)砼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)装(zhuang)置(zhi)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)牢固(gu)(gu)(gu)。垂(chui)直立管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)应先预埋高(gao)强度(du)(du)钢板,再(zai)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)支座,每根3米管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)2个(ge)支撑固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)。垂(chui)直立管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)处(chu)(chu)要搭支架,以防堵管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、爆管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等异常时方(fang)便拆管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。
